Clemence Nhliziyo
I am a researcher, student of development policy and a young leader focused on knowledge prototype designs that contribute to community transformation .With over twelve years of experience, I have been grounded in the domains of evidence building, skills training, development research, policy research, policy analysis and policy advocacy. I am committed to the transformation of the Zimbabwean education sector in policy and practice.

Nomatter Kuhwehwe
I joined the Education Coalition of Zimbabwe as the Finance Manager to fulfill my passion of ensuring transparency and accountability in financial management in the Education sector in Zimbabwe as well as advocating for accessible, free, quality, adaptable and equitable education for all children. Growing up in a disadvantaged and vulnerable community I have always wanted to make a difference in the lives of children through access to education because education empowers a nation.

I am a Social Worker and a Development Practitioner. My work revolves around Education Financing, school governance , transperancy and accountability management, sexual and reproductive health issues among girls and women. I have experience in the implementation of community-based development projects, programme and project management, data collection, collation and analysis

I am a confident,self-starter and a team worker who believes in seizing opportunities as they arise. I ensure that implementation of activities is done according to the project plan, monitor the project and ensure conformity with the M&E guidelines, prepare periodic substantive project reports, attend inter-agency meetings and assist on any programming issues; and assist with membership coordination at provincial level.

I am a social scientist whohas an interest in improvingeducation, health, living-standards of people as well as upholding the rights of the marginalized groups including children, people living with disabilities and women. Administration Assistant

Mutsa Mvududu
I am a self-motivated individual who has a passion for advocating for accessible, free, quality, adaptable and equitable education for all children. I provide administrative support to the programs and finance departments. I am very keen on using information and communication technologies (ICTs) for business outcomes. My experience includes ICT project management, operations management, strategy development, information management and support of user requirements in the financial, academic and NGO sectors.

I am a highly motivated, results oriented finance and administration professional. I am skilled in numerous financial accounting and administration areas which include budgetingand budget compliance, donor financial reportingand submitting statutory returns. My responsibilities have helped in gaining working knowledge of administrative processes, and having the ability to carry out tasks in line with the coalition’s audit requirements.
Office Ordely

Patience Mlambo
I am responsible for creating order in the entire office space. From arranging the various workstations, to background preparations for the meetings, my work demands attention to detail. I have developed great interpersonal skills to relate to the different characters in our work place. I enjoy being part of a team. Working at Education Coalition of Zimbabwe has taught me that very little can be achieved by individual effort, but that team work achieves results.
